Our gym aims to offer an enjoyable experience to everyone who wants to access fitness through having a mainly weights based gym, small group training sessions and one to one or duos personal training. We try to create a friendly environment and allow people to train however they feel most comfortable.

Josh and Hannah have a passion for weight training,  but they understand lots of people can feel apprehensive about trying this as a form of exercise. They  wanted to open a gym and offer sessions that were weights based to help encourage people into their training and support them with their goals. They aim to give a tailored approach and make everyone feel included.
