Our small group training sessions are fitness classes, limited to 6 people to offer a more personalised experience.

A women only session for all ages and abilities. We will introduce you to various weight based exercises using a mixture of machines and free weights. Our aim is to help build confidence and knowledge around weight training.
This session has a focus on training the upper body, with the use of resistance machines and free weights. Each session will hit various muscles within the upper body, giving you a nice pump!
This session has a focus on training the lower body, with the use of resistance machines and free weights. You will feel the burn in your quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves!
Core Blast is a 30 minute ab workout with a variety of different exercises each week! All exercises can be tailored to all abilities. Come get your daily dosage of ABS!

Cancellation Policy - Here at Carter's Gym we value your time and commitment to your health. To ensure we can provide the best experience to all our clients we have established the following policy:
- Clients must cancel their small group training session reservation at least 12 hours prior to scheduled start time.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a class will be considered a late cancellation. In these cases class credits cannot be refunded or returned.
- If you do not attend a Small Group Training Session and fail to cancel, it will be treated as a no-show and you will not be entitled to a refund

How to cancel
Cancellations must be made through our booking platform, app or by contact the gym during its opening hours
