Our small group training sessions are fitness classes, limited to 8 people to offer a more personalised experience.

Small group training session information:

A women only  session for all ages and abilities. We will introduce you to various weight based exercises using a mixture of machines and free weights.  Our aim is to help build confidence and knowledge  around weight training.

This session has a focus on training the upper body, with the use of resistance machines and free weights. Each session will hit various muscles within the upper body, giving you a nice pump!

This session has a focus on training the lower body, with the use of resistance machines and free weights. You will feel the burn in your quads, glutes,  hamstrings and calves!

This session will target the whole body, with the use of resistance machines and free weights. Why have to chose one muscle to train when you can train them all?

CIRCUITS

These circuit training sessions consist of performing a sequence of exercises, with minimal rest in between.  We will utilise a variety of weights and functional equipment, such as battle ropes, boxing and slam balls.

FULL BODY STRENGTH

This session will target the whole body, with the use of resistance machines and free weights. Why have to chose one muscle to train when you can train them all?
